From “Chair-a-Cise” to line dancing, from stress management to managing change, the 2015 Staff Development Day delivered “50 Ways to a Better You” to more than 450 Georgia Perimeter College staff members attending the May 13 event.

Hosted by the GPC Staff Senate and led by Staff Senators Tammy Honore and Brandi Meriwether, the day-long program kicked off with motivational speaker Kimberly Bass. Bass encouraged the audience to embrace “PHLL,” an acronym for Peace, Harmony, Love and Laughter.

The beautiful weather allowed staff members to spread out over the Clarkston Campus, enjoying fellowship along with the lunch provided by the GPC Foundation.

“It felt like a big family reunion,” said Patrice Masterson, GPC Human Resources director of staff development and benefits.
