Georgia Perimeter College’s Jaggy was escorted by GPC Newton police officer Heather Crisp during the city of Oxford’s Fourth of July parade. Jaggy gave out hugs to parade watchers and enjoyed the “Mayberry” atmosphere of the town, says Crisp.
